If you are like our organization, you are open during winter break. I have very fond members of that week when I was a child. It was filled with family time. My mom, a single mom, was working her hardest to provide my sister and me a wonderful Christmas. Not with presents necessarily, we didn't have money to buy things. She made it a priority to provide meaningful experiences for us, which in my opinion, lasted longer that a DIGIpet would. A lot of our members don't have that same opportunities. Their parents are not around, or working their hardest, or etc. So....enter the CLUB! Why not try to make the winter break the most amazing.
This year, we have three days, three themes. Members have a ton of voice and choice but it is balanced with structured activities!
Day 1: Merry Grinchmas!
Members will participate in all things GRINCH themed! This keeps the Christmas spirit alive and gives opportunities for members to share their Christmas experiences!
Day 2: Winter Wonderland
Members will embrace the snow, the winter, and the cold!
Day 3: New Year, New You!
Members will celebrate 2017 and prepare for 2018!
