Club 52!

As one of our 5 Key Elements, recognition is a staple at a number of our Clubs. We are constantly looking for new ways to recognize members and luckily BGCA has shared a a great idea to encourage retention and celebrate members!

I can't remember when I first hear this idea, but Club 52 is a recognition program that recognizes members for attending the Club 52 times. This is an average of one time per week. There is also a Club 104 which does the same thing but recognizes members for attending the Club 104 times, and average of twice a week.

So how do you do this? There is no right or wrong way, but below are some ideas that have worked for me in the past!

  1. Give certificates to members when they become members of Club 52 or Club 104! Click here for sample certificates!

  1. Post pictures or names of members of Club 52 or Club 104 on a bulletin board! See sample below!

  1. Host a ceremony or assembly to recognize members of Club 52 or Club 104!

  1. Make a Club card that identifies members of Club 52 or Club 104! The Musgrave Unit in Springfield does this and it is a great way to recognize members!

  1. Post members of Club 52 or Club 104 on social media, your website, and/or newsletters!
